- You must have a valid and current GWRRA membership card.
- Chapter member must be wearing Chapter colors and/or vest.
- The signatures on the Passport can be from any of the six sections of the Ohio District
- Passports must be signed and dated on the day of the visit:
A) Chapter Function -- Chapter Officer (CD, ACD, RE)
B) District Events -- District Staff or Hosting Chapter Officers- Passport Cards may be signed at
A) All Chapter Functions
Day Rides, Fund Raisers, Chapter Picnics, Mall shows, Cruise Ins, Teddy Bear Rides and Etc.
B) Chapter Gatherings/Meetings
1) Once per card for Home Chapter
2) Once per Chapter per card visiting other chapters
C) District Events
Skills Days, Safety Sundays, Horizon Classes, ERC Classes, TRC Classes, Seminars at Buckeye Rally- After getting the required number of signatures (7) on your card
- Indicate your First Choice & Second Choice on the bottom of the card.
- Mail or give the completed card to the Assistant District Director in your section.
- Please sure to indicate your First Choice & Second Choice on the bottom of the card before mailing or handing in.
- Get a new Passport card from your Chapter Director
- It is permissible to have more than one passport in the process of being filled with the required signatures.
- Drawing for a family registration to Cabin Fever 2008 or Buckeye Rally 2008 or Region D Rally 2008
will be held at the November Officer's Meeting 2007- Each card that you fill out and hand in gives you another chance for a free family registration
at Cabin Fever 2008 or Buckeye Rally 2008 or Region D Rally 2008- Any conflicts arising with the Passport card will be resolved by the Ohio District Director.
- GWRRA of Ohio is not responsible for any lost Passport cards
